Baji365 Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

Welcome to baji365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the baji365 platform, available at baji365.plus, including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support services and payment facilities offered by the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of baji365, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and baji365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and should be read carefully. If you have any questions about what any clause means, contact the baji365 support team before proceeding with registration or deposit. Our team is available 24 hours a day and can assist in both Urdu and English.

To create an account and use baji365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji365 does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, phone number and any other information requested by baji365.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended baji365 account. Each person is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Your use of baji365 must be for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose unless expressly agreed with baji365 in writing.

By registering at baji365, you also confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of baji365 is lawful in your location.

Baji365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be asked to verify your identity at any point — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or if baji365's fraud detection system flags unusual activity on your account.

When requested, you must provide baji365 with the following within the timeframe specified:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card — CNIC — or passport)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name and number)
• Proof of address if requested (utility bill, bank statement or similar, dated within 90 days)
• Selfie with ID if requested during enhanced verification

Failure to complete KYC within the specified deadline will result in a temporary hold on your account and pending withdrawals. Baji365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that cannot be verified to baji365's reasonable satisfaction may be closed with remaining deposited funds returned to the original payment method.

Baji365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by baji365. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside baji365's control and are the player's responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for all payment methods
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account tier; limits are displayed during the deposit process
• Deposit processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes. Card deposits are typically instant but may take up to 2 hours

Baji365 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit it deems unusual in size or frequency. If satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, baji365 may hold or return the deposited funds and restrict further deposits.

Baji365 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within three minutes. IBFT transfers are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card network timelines of 1–3 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• No withdrawal fees charged by baji365 — the amount you request is the amount sent
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless account verification permits an alternative method
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and are non-transferable to real money balance until requirements are cleared
• Baji365 reserves the right to run security checks that may delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in exceptional cases. You will be notified if this applies to your account

Baji365 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published with each individual offer on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all baji365 promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time
• Bonus funds are separate from real money balance. Real money is wagered first by default
• Maximum bet while a wagering requirement is active is Rs 1,000 per spin or Rs 2,000 per sports bet. Bets exceeding these limits while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation
• Bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus amount received unless the specific promotion states a higher cap
• Baji365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects abuse, including arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine risk, or other forms of gaming the bonus system
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in a promotion

The following rules apply to all bets placed and games played at baji365. Specific game types — cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games — may have additional rules published in their respective sections of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when baji365's system issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation number due to system error, insufficient balance or odds change should not be assumed as accepted
• Obvious pricing errors: Baji365 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly and materially incorrect due to technical error. A "palpable error" is one where a reasonable person would recognise the odds were wrong — for example, a cricket team priced at 100:1 to win a match they had already won
• Match voids: In sports betting, if a fixture is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled beyond 48 hours of its original start time, baji365 will void all bets on that fixture and return stakes to player accounts
• In-play betting: Live betting odds are updated continuously. Baji365's in-play system includes a brief delay to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds. Bets placed with clear knowledge of an outcome already decided (e.g., through a faster data source than baji365's feed) will be voided
• Casino game disputes: If a technical fault occurs during a live casino game or slot session, the round will be voided and stakes returned. Baji365's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaint procedure in Section 14

The following actions are strictly prohibited at baji365 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and potentially permanent closure of the account with balance forfeiture:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others to open accounts in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches in a deliberate or systematic manner. Any winnings generated by known exploitation of an error are not considered legitimate and will be voided
• Collusion with other players — including coordinating bets in live casino or poker games to guarantee an outcome or reduce risk at baji365's expense
• Attempting to launder money through the baji365 platform by depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine gambling activity
• Providing false identity information, uploading falsified verification documents or impersonating another person
• Sharing account access with another person. Your baji365 account is for your personal use only
• Any form of bonus abuse including "bonus hunting," low-risk matched betting using baji365's own markets, or systematically claiming and clearing bonuses across multiple accounts or methods

Either you or baji365 may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions.

Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting baji365 support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any real money balance (excluding unvested bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests — where you close your account for responsible gaming reasons — are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Baji365-initiated closure or suspension: Baji365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified deadline
• Regulatory requirements obliging baji365 to restrict or cease services to specific accounts

Where a baji365-initiated closure is due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, deposited funds will be returned. Bonus balances and winnings generated through breaches will not be returned.

Baji365 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. As a baji365 player, you agree to use these tools responsibly and to engage with baji365 support if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your baji365 account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised
• Session time reminders: Set reminders that appear after a defined period of play to encourage breaks
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications showing how long you've been logged in and your net win/loss position during that session
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account

By registering at baji365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting baji365 support, subject to baji365's legal obligations to retain certain records
• Baji365 may share data with regulators, law enforcement agencies or fraud prevention services where required by law

Baji365 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service continuity, baji365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures outside baji365's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking networks
• Losses arising from a player's own gambling decisions — baji365 is not responsible for the outcomes of bets placed by players
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to protect their login credentials
• Losses resulting from a player misunderstanding or failing to read bonus terms, game rules or these Terms and Conditions

Baji365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, baji365 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send a notification to registered players via their registered email address or as an in-platform notification
• Provide at least 7 days' notice before material changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons

Continued use of baji365 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using baji365 and may request account closure as described in Section 9. Baji365 will return your deposited balance in such cases.

3. Resolution: A formal response with a decision or proposed resolution will be issued within 14 business days of receipt
